Payments

We accept MasterCard and Visa on our on-line secure internet payment form, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club and American Expres by fax and by phone. We also accept payments by Moneybookers, bank transfer and Western Union.

Price includes:
Accommodation: four nights in 3* hotels, two nights in 4* hotels, one night in country-inn, (one bathroom for two rooms).
Transportation: from / to Budapest airport, English speaking guide, by coach, minibus or car - air conditioned, depending on the number of travellers.
Meals: 7 breakfasts, 1 picnic lunch at Poarta lui Ionele Cave and 6 dinners (3 special dinners in: Mioritica country-inn, medieval dinner in Brasov Citadel and a dinner with wine tasting and folk show in Carpathian Stag Restaurant Brasov).
Entry fees to: Bears Cave in Pietroasa, Salt Mines in Turda, Turzii's Gorges, Lazarea Castle, Ciucului's Sekler Museum in Miercurea Ciuc, The Museum of Mineral Water in Tusnad, Peles Castle, Bran Castel, Rasnov Peasant Citadel, Museum of Fagaras Country, Clock Tower, the Torture room and The Medieval Weapon Collection in Sighisoara, Fortified Church in Biertan, Spider web painter in Medias, Brukental Museum in Sibiu, Village Museum in Sibiu, Corvinesti Castle in Hunedoara, Savirsin Castle in Savirsin, Art Museum in Arad.
Not included: plane ticket, airport fees, photo & video tax and other not mentioned.

Customized Tour:

Here is an itinerary to your taste but the departure dates are not suitable or you don’t like to travel with big groups. Don’t worry! You can take it as a private journey, with the preferred departure dates and your chosen travel companions, whether it is for a family vacation or a fun relaxing holiday with a small group of friends. Please note that customized tours can take up to two weeks to ensure that all your requirements are met and that you are satisfied with the tour, so please plan in advance.

For private tours based on 1 to 2 people travelling together, a standard European car will be provided. For private tours based on 4 people travelling together, a more spacious off road vehicle will be provided.

The prices above are based on buying the itinerary as listed on tour page. We can customize the tour to meet your exact travel needs: change hotels, shorten or lengthen the tour. For any customization implying a new base itinerary, a tailor made fee of GBP 159 - USD 302* + VAT (EURO 240 + VAT) is required and will be added to the tour cost.

Also, please note that the itinerary could suffer small changes, as some activities require a minimum number of tourists. Depending on the number of tourists we will make any such changes at the time of booking.
